Need placeholder for Title only

In Class Details Template, I am using the [class] placeholder. When the schedule list is shown, the title AND description of the class is displayed. Is there a way to display title only? Deleting the description isn’t an option since I want to show the description when they click on the class title or when the calendar is shown.
