Need paid membership addon

Hi
I use s2member for membership upgrading to paid content but i see your plugin have some interesting addon’s, i have read UM is a plugin to make free communities not paid subscriptions as my current plugin.
Any way to create such addon for UM? If yes i might migrate and of course would be good that there will be a compatible migration of members with their current level,subscription or one time payments.
