Need OnPage.org "off switch" due to privacy policy

Customers complain that there is no “off switch” für OnPage.org integration as they do not want all their admin work being sent to any third parties.

Please add an “off switch” for this feature, had to roll back to 2.x because of this (unrelated to any other bugs).
