Need one other page to be “live”

I want to be able to link to a privacy policy from my “coming soon” page, but the plugin blocks any other pages: https://theskolnickgroup.com/privacy-policy/ just shows the “coming soon” page. Is there any way around this? Can I somehow whitelist that one page?
