need more clear info

    Hi there,
    I’m sure this is a great plugin, and I would purchase the paid version BUT
    I have installed the lite version and watched the video.
    But nothing makes it clear on how to actually apply cleaning up once you have configured things.
    I have a website that I am switching from an old theme with Visual Composer (WP Bakery), but can’t figure out how to cleanup the old shortcodes.

    Hello,

    If you already installed and activated the plugin you don’t need to do anything ?? the plugin will clean up any broken shortcodes automatically if exists, just watch the video again, so if your broken shortcodes still appear within your site content and you don’t change the default plugin settings, please open a new ticket in our support center and provide your site URL and login info details to check out what happened exactly.
