Need memership Plugin

You don’t really HAVE to have a membership plugin to let site visitors comment on posts…

Otherwise there are several membership plugins that will support multisite.

I tried to simulate myself as someone that desire to register but I can’t find the way. Do I need some popup or register form? Sorry but I am lost about it, I need to set an easy way that new ppl ca easily get registered

Chris, under Settings–General, do you have the Membership box ticked so that anyone can register?
