Need membership plugin recommendation

I am looking for a membership plugin for a non-profit association. It has to be free or low-cost. The objective is to have a place for members to pay their yearly dues. It doesn’t necessarily need to restrict content.

The catch is that members must be able to choose any number of options to add to their membership. Instead of tiers, it needs to be a series of checkboxes. Each checkbox, when selected, will add a certain amount to the membership dues for the year.

Administrators must be able to get a list of everyone that has paid for the year and each checkbox that members have selected.

Is there a plugin that does this?
