Need login / register plugin

Downloaded WP-members but found no way install it.

It installs like any other plugin.

Either go to Plugins > Add New then in the Search, search for “WP-Members”. Click the “Install Now” button, then when it is installed, click “Activate”.

Or, to if uploading from a zip, select “Upload Plugin” from the same screen above. Browse to the zip file and click “Install Now”.

That being said, it doesn’t natively allow you to limit registrations by location. However, you can create custom form field validation using the wpmem_pre_register_data action so you could use that to check for the user’s state from the registration from.
