Need Little Help with Headline

You should only need to change <h2> I believe.

Well, I really thought I’d done that. Here’s the beginning of the current stylesheet. (The URL is https://mamafoundation.org/wordpress/wp-content/themes/default/style.css)

You see I’ve marked H2 for 12px. But if you look at the site, the headlines are showing up at something like 24px!
