Need link options for WCAG

We are using the WAVE tool to evaluate and resolve issues flagged
Options are needed on the links for us to control if the redundant link can be hidden or skipped

https://snipboard.io/Vv0QAF.jpgI reached out to Kadence Support since we are using Kadence theme and blocks, they have stated that this is part of WP Core toolbox and it appears the SEO plugin is controlling the link options which we are using All in One SEO. Are you able to add these options for us? We need to make our site WCAG compliant and clear up the redundant links that are flagged using the WAVE Accessibility tool.
