Need License Key for gallery

Hi, I purchased the full version of the Flagallery plugin on July 18, 2024.?
Although I created an account on?mypgc.co?and saved a password, I am unable to log-in.
I get a message that says password is incorrect.?
Unable to reset password; message says site cannot send email.?
Can you send me the license key? Order #238310061.

Is this plugin still active? Perhaps I should request a refund.
