Need horizontal top menu plugin or hack

  • I’m using CCR LIMO free wordpress template, which has little of not any support. This template won’t allow me to create sub-menus and today I just realized that I can’t even change the widgets in the static frontpage.

    So now I’m basically looking for a plugin or hack that can allow me to

    place an extra menu on the top of the website, in everypage.
    Please note that the hack should be something perament, I can’t edit core files that are going to be updated later, losing changes.

    Any clues?
