Need History — Is This Possible?

I want to use Participants Database for volunteers. After a volunteer signs up, I want to enter an activity type and date each time that volunteer participates in an activity. Then, I want to be able to view all the previously entered activity types and dates for the particular volunteer. In other words, I need to view history, not just the last activity type and date in which the volunteer participated.

I have used Participants Database before and found it to be an excellent tool–and gave it a five-star review. But when I used it, I didn’t see that my current need could be satisfied. Can it be satisfied?
