Need Higher Level of Permission

WordPress uses a concept of Roles, designed to give the site owner the ability to control what users can and cannot do within the site. A site owner can manage the user access to such tasks as writing and editing posts, creating Pages, creating categories, moderating comments, managing plugins, managing themes, and managing other users, by assigning a specific role to each of the users.

I am the site owner and admin there is no other user of the website beside myself. I even double-checked this prior to posting in the forum; I am set at the highest possible level.

I have been told by several people this issue is happening only because I migrated from WordPress.com as my host site to a different host site. The issue is none of them know how to fix the problem. Any other ideas.

I have already tried that. They told me I use wordpess.org and that this issue is strictly a www.remarpro.com problem and not a wordpress.com issue, and directed me to the forum saying that they would have all the answers and be able to helo me and get my blog up and running in no time.

Again I have been told by several users this is a common issue when migrating/switching hosting sites and have been told to come to this forum for help/advice. As all of them do not know how to solve the issue on the current version as they had a much older version when the problem happened.

I’m sorry you’re having a rough time with this migration. Your hosting provider should know better about migrating a site to their server.

I have looked at all of those already and have found no issues. Again I have seen several other forums from the past with a later version have the same issues. I have a newer version and am experiencing the same issue.
