Need Help w/Spacing Below Menu

New to WordPress and need some help with spacing.

Below the MENU (Home / T Shirt Designer / Shop Our Desings / Etc) there is a horizontal bar. This is fine, but…below that bar there is a big empty space before the banner plugin that says “shop our designs”.

I’ve tried reducing the indent, and anything in the basic setting on that page but cannot get the spacing to be reduced. Without the banner plugin, the space is smaller, but still too much. Once I added this banner plugin, the space became even larger.

I’m using the Mystile Theme.
