need help withbookmarking plugin

Hi there

I installed “I love social bookmarking” plugin and it works fine but I got a little problem:
It displays on top of my next/previous post links, see here (mouse over the little purple heart):

I would like to insert a blank line but don’t know how.
Would be grateful for any help
