Need help with WPML compatibility

    Hi, firstly I love your plugin and it’s been really helpful.

    I’m using WPML on a site and your plugin was working fine until I installed WPML plugin. If you visit the link I shared, there are two filters that show – ratings and tags. There’s meant to be a third filter on top of both – categories, but this can only be seen when you select Russian language in the header language switcher.

    This is quite surprising as the website was originally built in English, not Russian. Can you help fix this issue please? The category filter has to show on all 3 languages.

    You need to translate categories/products/tags and filters https://docs.berocket.com/docs_section/how-to-translate-with-wpml

    I followed the steps there and unfortunately it didn’t help. Got any ideas?

    Hi,

    Our plugin is working with WPML. All you need to do is to translate all products/categories/attributes with values/etc and after that translate filters.

    If it is not working it means that you did miss something. You need to translate everything using WooCommerce Multilingual add-on from WPML.

    Hello @jorpdesigns,

    Please check that you translated everything to each language.
    You need to translate: Products, Attributes, Categories, Tags, Filters, Groups, Pages.
    Do not use WPML translation tool to translate Filters and Groups, because it is not compatible with it, use WordPress native edit page.
