Need help with: This site is managed by a different user account

    I need you to release coosbayschoolsfoundation.org from an old account so it can be added to my WF dashboard. I don’t know the previous account, nor who the previous account holder is so I cannot contact them.

    (Manually doing: WFAD.ajax(‘wordfence_wfcentral_disconnect’, {}, function() {}); did not help)

    When I installed WF today it came up as tied to a Premium license (probably expired), and I reverted it to a free license, but I still can’t disconnect the domain from the previous account.

    I have checked the domain provided and have found an account it’s associated with. However, I can’t disclose that or ask for further relevant information from you here on the forums as anything posted here will be public.

    Even though you don’t have the username/email of the original account, I believe we can assist you further if you contact lockout @ wordfence . com with the details provided in your original post here. Please note that we may require further information to verify the domain/account is now yours to control.
