Need Help with Theme and IE 6/7

I have a theme that is not showing everything correctly in IE 6/7. It’s probably a simple HTML or CSS fix, but I don’t have enough experience to troubleshoot it. I also need to add two elements to the theme. Can someone help? I’ll gladly pay for your time.
