Need Help with Syncing Localhost Changes to TasteWP without Losing Chatbot! (Urg

I am making my first ever site using www.remarpro.com in my localhost with xampp. I tried hosting it using TasteWP, importing the file from my laptop using All in One Migration plugin because I had to add a live chat (which needed a public URL). For this, I had to work with related widgets in TasteWP. And, it was successful. But now when I make changes in my localhost, it turns out the hosted (TasteWP) page remains stagnant.

TasteWP lets you edit dynamically, but I have its access for 6 days only, and I don’t want to lose further works. So, is it possible that i re-import the changes I make in localhost?

Would the files get overwritten? Or will I lose the chatbot that I created using the TasteWP file (although the chatbot was integrated in localhost as well but probably, the dashboard is still linked with the public URL?).
