Need Help with slider limititations

Hello, I am using Nextgen as well as the Cyclone Slider plugin. I have managed to get the slider working but the prev/next button just loads the next image. I am wanting to force it to actually reload the page from one to the next. Not just load the images…To be clear when someone clicks my NEXT button I want the whole page to reload to the new image. Not open a whole new page or tab just for the whole page to load (Trying to increase ad impressions) I am not fully stuck with the Cyclone plugin. Was just testing it. If anyone has any solutions to this I’d appreciate your time
