need help with setting up a popup and special function

    I am looking for the following solution:

    Visitors to my store see a popup which encourages them to log in (if account already setup) or to create an account to receive a 5% instant discount.

    This is for the purpose of turning more visitors into customers. I have 200-400 abandoned carts a day, and since 99% are only guests, I can’t follow up. I want to convert as much as possible of these guests to account owners and newsletter subscribers.

    But clearly, I need help with that. I don’t know if this is even possible with your plugin if I need to upgrade to a higher tier, or however, I would be able to achieve my goal.

    I can’t use coupons this time, due to an unresolved problem which causes the checkout page to show the ‘waiting’ overlay infinite as soon a code is entered, and make it impossible to proceed to the payment. Therefore, I want to give a 5% discount to just everyone who is logged-in.

    @volkerforster – You could probably use our AJAX login extension to accomplish that. You can show it if people are not logged in and it includes login & registration forms.

    That said it would be just basic user registration like WP registration form, not a full profile like form. Not sure if that matters.
