Need help with setting ‘default stock quantity’ to 1

Hi, we’ve been using your WC Vendors Pro for our website, and we need your help to set all the current and future listings’ default stock quantity to 1.

As our marketplace sells ‘one of a kind’ products, we need the stock status to change to ‘Out of Stock’ once purchased.

We use ‘Simple Products’ for our vendors to list their items. Currently, when a vendor lists an item, it automatically sets the quantity to infinity. We know that we can manually ‘Enable Manage Stock at Product Level’ and set the quantity for each item to ‘1’, but since we have hundreds of new listings periodically, we wanted to find out a way we can change all the current and all future listings’ default stock to 1.
