Need help with responsive Video for Homepage

Hi

I am working with OceanWP and am using Elementor page builder. I know of some plugins for responsive videos however I want to know if there is any plugin that allows me to have a full width video on my homepage but when I reduce my browser resolution the size of the video should reduce proportionately. Currently with Elementor, I am not able to do that as I have chosen full width in the section property of elementor. Only if I choose Boxed option am I able to reduce the width of the video with the screen resolution but using this option create white boundaries on both sides that I do not want.
