Need help with pages

Okay well at this point i am new to the whole website thing an i need help with pages i don’t really know how to write this but i need to know how poeple add “down arrows” and add links to other parts on their website. So for Example go up to “support” and put your mouse on it and “forums” and “Docs” will pop up under i am try to work out how to add that to my website,i am using “thememagic” Theme if that makes a differents.
