• Hi All,
I am a first timer here, so maybe this is not the right section to put.
I have a small problem, since I am not a coder but I have built this website.
    – I am using – spirit-responsive-wordpress-magazine-theme, sadly their help forums are closed.

The problem is with the slider text on top. Something happened and the section text on the slider images is not coming on top of the grey box on each image.
Can anyone help how to resolve this?
    Thanks

  • Hello, even though we don’t provide support for commercial themes here as we don’t have access to them etc I thought of checking your problem out since you said their forums are closed.

I don’t seem to find the problem though if you are referring to the top left slider that we see on the first page I can see the text on all slides without a problem.

Could you be more specific if there is still an issue and it hasn’t been fixed?

    Thanks for the help.
If you see the text on top of each slider on the desktop version of the site. The top text is slightly off. It is a couple of points below the grey box. While on the mobile version it is perfectly fine. Anyway to fix in the desktop version?

I still can’t pinpoint which slider you are referring to unfortunately. THIS is a screenshot of what I see when I enter your page that seems totally fine on my eyes at least.

You might have to get more specific on what part of the page you are mentioning maybe with a screenshot to see what you actually see?

Ok i just checked it in Internet explorer it is working fine, however in Google Chrome it is not… Am confused…

I’m viewing it from Chrome as well on my original screenshot that it shows fine.

Maybe you have an extension on your chrome or something that breaks the page so it’s not actually the pages fault or problem ? For example an ad-block extension or something that tries to mess with the pages code.

Unfortunately as there’s no possible way to replicate the error here ( I’ve also checked with Firefox / Opera / IE / Edge ) and it shows fine I have no idea as well on how to help further. Maybe it’s only your browser though that does tricks at the moment.
