Need help with my improperly transferred blog from wordpress.com to .org, Plz!!!

I have a blog at https://www.monaafzal.wordpress.com , and i transferred the blog from there to https://www.zaiqa.net hosted by Netfirms, by the Export and Import options at wordpress. But the names of all those who have commented at https://www.monaafzal.wordpress.com is not appearing on https://www.zaiqa.net and this problem is frustrating me a lot. I do not know how do i correct this problem. I tried transferring my blog following https://technosailor.com/wordpress-to-wordpress-import/ this procedure too. But it is giving me the same problem, and i’m unable to use my new blog. I have no clue what and where is it going wrong, and what shall i do or follow to correct this problem and transfer my wordpress.com blog to https://www.zaiqa.net perfectly and exactly without any problems.

I will be very thankful to you if you know anything you can help me with in this regard and help me sort out the problem. I do not have much knowledge about HTML, Codes,.. i’m a newbie. Help me, Please !!!!!!
