Need Help with Membership Site

I’m trying to setup a wordpress registration that will require Name, Email, Address, City, Zip, and Phone. I think I can use the Register Plus plugin for that.

However, to login I only want the visitor to enter their email address only and be granted access to the rest of the site. I’m not sure exactly how I can implement that.
