Need help with issues

Hi, first i have to say I really like this plugin, its really masterpiece and amazing addon but i’m facing 5 BIG problems (its actually not big problems but causing me BIG issues with customers i hope you will understand and help us out i really appreciate your work and i’m very thankful and honored to use this amazing addon)

I really need help with this 5 things

1. When user post review it doesn’t show directly (it requires refreshing page to display) – that is bad
2. When user posting review it allows him to change display name, he can set any name and that way it can violate rules of our site it can be posted using someone else name or owner of staff team/site
3. Users should be able to remove or edit their reviews based on GDPR law (now there is no option for users to directly edit or remove their reviews they must contact owner of site to do it)
4. i enabled add vote-reactions (thumbs up and thumbs down) but there is problem..when customer accidently rate comment he can’t remove vote/rate..for example i press thumbs down and i want to remove it i can only choose thumbs up i can’t remove it, so after rating review there is no option to remove rating only switch between positive and negative..there should be option if user click on it again to remove it
5. There is no ability to set max reviews for product per person, person can leave multiple reviws on same product which makes no sense, its should be limited (it should be 1 review per person, now same person can add as much reviews on item..it can spam

How to improve

1. Automatically refresh after posting review (to instantly show posted review not after manual refreshing)
2. Users should not be able to change their name for posting or at least it should be optional
3. Users should be able to edit or remove their own reviews anytime by themselfs
4. Adding ability when user click on their current state of rating review to uncheck it (to remove their vote/rate/reaction – Thumbs up and Thumbs down, i know there is option to disable it but i like the feature and i don’t want to disable it completely i just need ability for users to remove it if they changed their mind..to uncheck it, now once you click there is only ability to switch between positive and negative
not to uncheck it..so please consider adding uncheck option if user repeat click on same button
5. Add limit how much reviews same person can add on 1 product (it should be 1 review per person per product) so user should be able to add 1 review per product

I really love this plugin its so great..but please can you add those things in next update i really need it i will donate as much money you want i really appreciate this plugin but this 4 things is really making things hard
