Need help with install

Hey,
I just installed WordPress, but when i go to my root domain
https://ryangum.com
it still shows the namecheap “congratulations!” screen.If I go to
https://ryangum.com/hello-world/
then it shows my first post.Anyone know how to fix this?
I already checked, and I have WordPress installed in https://ryangum.com
