Well, I’m experiencing a similar problem that was posted earlier by another user. Firefox is not loading images correctly and I’m not clear why.

I haven’t yet updated our wordpress website to the very latest (Gutenberg) but we’re using version 4.9.8.

I keep getting: user-added image when the page is publicly viewable in Firefox.

Google Chrome DOES feature our images. I’ve gone to the Mozilla help site to address this issue and haven’t found a solution. I’ve deleted cookies, cache, etc….Nothing seems to be working. I’ve uploaded in safe mode; I’m using the latest version of Firefox.

Can anyone assist with (what I believe) is a WordPress-related problem with Firefox?? Do any files in WordPress need to be updated in order for Firefox to show images? Or is this an actual Firefox browser problem? Would it be a plugin issue?

I don’t want to have to disable every plugin. But if it comes to that then I guess I’ll have to.

Very much appreciate some constructive feedback. Thank you in advance!

I don’t see images on Chrome.

The issue is that you seem to be loading your images from Salesforce (or some salesforce related CRM) and are getting CORS errors:

Yes, we do have images loaded into Salesforce. Therefore, do I just remove images from Salesforce and that solves the problem?
