Need help with formidable – checkbox limitation

  • Hello.

    I’ve created a form using formidable, which has over 80 checkbox selections to choose from.

    I need to put a limit on the checkboxes to allow for only five selections to be made.

    Please kindly, someone, guide me on how to do this. It is a form of a list of books for the visitor to choose from, and we offer them to option to select any five books to be sent to them…so we need to set a limit on the form to only five selections from the whole list.
