• Hi there, we are facing an issue with tracking successful form submissions on the website. DebugView reports a click event when a user submits a form even if there is an error, which can result in inaccurate tracking of successful form submissions. Here’s a screenshot that illustrates the issue: https://prnt.sc/twUimq6VZoAv.

As you can see, the DebugView report shows dfw_signup_btn when I first clicked and there was an error on submit, but after that, it doesn’t show up even when the submission was successful and the user was redirected to the thank you page.

I would appreciate it if you could help me with this issue. How can I track only successful submissions since users are redirected to the thank you page after successful submission? I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Best regards,

    Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

Click tracking cannot tell when the form is successful, it can only track the click.

We are currently working on specific form features to give you more information.

Can you tell me which form plugin you are currently using?
Is there more information you would like to add to the event?

    Best,

    Yuval
