Need help with finding an invoicing plugin

Hi Guys, I’ve been doing some website design with a friend’s business for a few months now, and am still fairly new to wordpress.

A client I’m doing a site for has his own bricklaying/construction company. He employs many sub-contractors. He wants them to be able to be able to log into his site (www.masonrite.com), where upon a private page appears. He wants his sub contractors to be able to input all their information (business number, name, job address, price, gst, etc), and have that information put into a table and sent to an invoices email address registered to the site.

Ive had a look around for some plugins to do the job however most of them sort of offer the ‘reverse’ of this situation. Is there any work-around that you guys can think of? Or even an alternative implementation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
