Need help with dimensions & rates

    Firstly, thank you for an awesome plugin!

    When each individual product has it’s weight entered without any dimensions, the plugin calculates the rates correctly (R65/flyer & R90/overnight), however still gives the flyer option for larger cart quantities.

    But when I add each product’s weight, the rates are calculated way too high (R390/overnight) where in reality it would cost R90.

    Your assistance would be much appreciated.

    Theme: GeneratePress V 3.0.2
    All plugins and WP versions are up to date.

    Hi @benporg,

    Just confirming that the medium and large boxes sizes have been entered under settings?

    The plugin will attempt to fit your products into distinct ‘boxes’ to calculate accurate quotes.

    I agree with @benporg and thank you for an awesome plugin.

    I am experiencing a similar issue to what @benporg has described as “still gives the flyer option for larger cart quantities”.

    I have set the medium and large box sizes under settings. When adding a product to the cart that is larger than the flyer size, I am still seeing the “Local Sameday Flyer” & “Local Overnight Flyer” shipping options.

    I would assume that these options should not be available if the current contents of the cart could not possibly fit within a flyer bag. Are my assumptions correct? If so, how do I go about rectifying this?
