Need help with Custom Signup/Login Page

Hi and thank you for taking the time to read this – I will be quick.

I’m the owner of https://www.nmsis.net and my Registration Page does not have a Signup/Login associated with WordPress. All it does is sends the information on that Form to our email and then from there I can manually do things.

I’ve installed the plugin: Theme My Login

Can anyone please help. I can give you temporary admin rights.
