Need help with custom posts output

Hello, guys. I need help with custom post output. I need next.

On the main page shows 3 blocks. Each block – a category. Every block contains 12 last messages of this category. The “Read more” button opens page with all posts in this category in the same form as in the picture, ie. 4 posts in a row.

Here is a screenshot how it must looks.

It means bread crumbs:
home => category 1
home => category 2
