need help with cancellation

i have tried to contact support multiple times for cancellation and have had no luck. as an agency we arent using your tool but wanted to see if it can be cancelled but havent heard anything back but are regularly charged. i have no luck finding the cancel button on the website some help would be appreciated.

Tried accessing reset password function but it seems to be giving error on your website.
