Need Help with bad layout – buttons not showing – not getting support

    I recently bought a pro license and I cannot get it to configure like the free version.
    At my site you will see with pro version it lists the users at the bottom and i want them to be on the side like the free version. I cannot seem to find the option in settings if there is one to place the user list on the side.

    There is also an issue where the message typing bar and send button are out of line, and avatar in messeges doesnt line up. Custization, Attachments, and emoji buttons are missing, edit message is a barely visible little dot.

    The free version worked immediately with no configuration, so i have a hard time believing my theme or styling settings could be interfering.
