Need help upgrading filter bar — for non-profit — 2nd request!

Hello Modern Tribe:
A few months ago, you were gracious enough to give our non-profit at https://unityjournalists.org your Pro version of The Events Calendar, and we implemented the filter bar, as well.
Now, we were able to upgrade the Pro version, but we cannot get the filter bar upgraded. So, for weeks, we’ve been getting a warning that the outdated filter bar might break or become incompatible.
Since you provided the original set of premium add-ons to us, would you please provide us with the up-to-date version of them? I can provide you the email address we used for verification purposes.
We first posted here 4 weeks ago, as instructed by you, to seek help with this. But, no one is responding! This is bad. Please at least respond, will you??
