Need Help! Updating Plugin Broke License

  • This isn’t a rating, but I updated the plugin and now it is broken (removed the license).

    I emailed support in November for help on a different issue, and they never replied to me, so I hope that this will get their attention. I’ll change my rating if they support me.

  • Same! apparently, their demo didn’t stop working, though.

    I reverted to the last version of the plugin I had, and you know what? The Refi and Affordability calculators disappeared. The latest update doesn’t even have the “Premium” tab mentioned in the Readme file, so there is no way to restore the license key.

    I submitted a ticket through their support tab. Nothing so far.

    WP revoked the way our plugin was built via the premium model which is an error so it had to be removed. If you have issues and are a premium user please contact us via support https://mortgagecalculatorsplugin.com/#support and we’ll get you one sent over.

    I can confirm. They did send a working package when I asked.

    It’s been working fine ever since. Not sure about updates, though.
