need help TO SEE TEXT IN FORMS, etc after changing the text color

  • Hello to all of you… I haven′t bothered you guys for a while, but now I have a problem that I can′t seem to fix on my own.

    When I started my blog I changed all the colors of the original theme in the settings where I could and in the code as well … well I had no idea what I was doing in the code – so basicly I changed every text color code that I could find to white and all the backgrounds to blue ..
    Till I had the colors that I wanted. And I′m happy with the way it is … BUT

    Because I had no idea what I was realy changig I must have messed up some setting and now …
    For example:
    When I add a contact form or a commentbox you will have a white textbox to enter your message, email or what ever. As long as the textbox is activated you see your text.
    But as soon as you click in the next box or anywhere else, the text that you just entered seemed to have disapeared.But it just white text on white background….

    Could you let me know how I can fix this ? At what part in the codes is the text code for all these textfields ??? How does ist look and can I somehow change the text color in that box to black ?

    Please help me I can′t find it …
