need help to get some jqeury working again

    Hi,
    I installed and activated the plugin and the website was definitely faster than before. The problem is that the accordions no longer open. see e.g. www.https://www.apis-iq.com/software/products/ I uninstalled the plugin, but this has had no effect. The website is still fast like when the plugin was active, but i cannot seem to fix the error. any help please?

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, did you delete the cache?

    Hi, I do have Merge Minify Refresh installed. I have tried to delete the files but they are write protected. Having an issue trying to delete them. Are you saying if I delete them this plugin should work properly?

    Hi, which files have you tried to delete? Why are these files write protected? Are you login in as a non admin user?

    Hi, I have now managed to purge the files. It did make a difference. Although since I installed this plugin, my website has been different. Could you tell me which wordpress folders the plugin changes?

    Hi, what do you mean by “my website has been different”?

    I don’t think this plugins alters any WordPress folder. If you are experiencing some kind of issue, it might have something to do with a plugin or plugins conflict.

    Have you tried to deactivate all of your other plugins to see if it is a plugin conflict?

    Hey,
    Yes, I managed to get jQuery working again. But not sure how. The functionality of moving scripts to footer (and excluding up to 4 files) is not yet working for me, so i might just have to leave this one alone. Thx for the help.
