need help to find the plugin i need (booking/calendar)

    Hi everybody and first of all, sorry for the language mistakes, i’m french.

    I’m a begginer in WP and i’m building a “service company”.
    I’m looking for a plugin and i’m worried to spend so much time to find one, configurate it, try it, etc…
    I asked for help on the french section but didn’t have so many answers. I hope you can help me.

    I already looked a bit on websites that compare plugin but most of them are premium so i can’t try them correctly… (i.e.:https://blog.neweb.co/fr/15-best-wordpress-booking-calendar-plugins/)

    So, here are my need:

    I’m opening a company with some people (the “experts” EX ) that will work for some others (the “real estate agent”: REA).Actually the EX work for me. i am the one that does the connection between the EX and the REA

    so

    I need a booking calendar for all of them.
    it needs to show “week” view with hours.
    it’s necessary that EACH EX can put his availability(for example: monday from 8 to 12 am and saturday from 1 to 5 pm) with a independant connection
    it’s necessary that the REA can see ALL the availability of ALL the expert
    (optional): The REA can choose WHICH expert he wants
    The REA can just click on the schedule (for example, tuesday from 10 to 12) and book.
    Once something is booked, it deseapears from the schedule
    Différent REA have ther OWN access and don’t see what the others REA booked

    All this must be really simple and quick (for the REA), it’s a priority

    I hope you can help me cause i will not be able to try everything….

    Hi,

    it’s almost 3 days i’m searching.
    my needed are more clear right now but i haven’t found yet and i really need help, please

    i need a appointment calendar in wich each staff member can configurate his own schedule day by day and not loke “all mondays” and “all tuesdays”. Something like “monday the 06 october, available from 8 to 12; monday 13 october, available from 10 to 11” This for each day.

    i found a solution

    i hope i can help:

    I choose 2 plugins: Appointements+ and Appointzilla
    With those plugins it’s possible to sync google agenda of each provider. So, each provider will need a google agenda.
