Need help – Stuck at blank home page

Hi,

After installing WordPress 2.04 thru cpanel fantastico (and later even manually), when you load the home page, it comes up blank (and nothing in view source)–same thing with the admin page.

When you ssh and call the file by php index.php, you can see the html source no problem.

Has anybody run into this and has figured it out who could share some solution? We thought it might have something to do with cpanel updates.

We checked error logs and there’s nothing interesting.

We’re stumped and could use some advice. Meanwhile, we’ll try an archived version.
