Need Help Setting Up a Special Coupon for Assistance Program

Hello!

I have been searching through all the coupon plugins I could find but still have not found the feature I am looking for.

I sell CBD online and want to set up an assistance program for vets, low income and disabled folks.

Once they are approved for the program, I want their coupon to provide 35% off all products UP TO $200 worth of products after the discount is applied.

I can only find settings for coupon usage that pertain to the maximum amount for a one-time purchase, but I want to leave this coupon active for the entire month, before it resets at 0 again.

In other words, I want them to be able to come back to the store and buy as many times as they like before they hit the threshold.

Are there any settings like this somewhere?

Your help is appreciated! It’s the only thing holding me back from launching the program!
