Need help resetting or finding Admin/Password

Currently I am trying to access our website, I dont know the current Login/Password. I did not set this website up, whoever managed the site has not worked here for a few years. He was the Admin for the site and his email is no longer active. I found a notebook with some of the page information such as ( https://(our domain)/new/wp-login.php ) and a username and password but the link takes me to our webpage and the login information does not work on WordPress’s website.

The only thing I have and can access is the FTP, Which I was able to log into on Filezilla.
Can I reset or find the admin/password with FTP information?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
