Yup, that’s me. I’m a product manager here at MQ. The email tied to that profile is a distribution email that goes to myself and two developers here. The registration on www.remarpro.com was completed before our email server finished setting up the distribution account.

I just sent a password reset to you (the email ID is ‘tool’). If that doesn’t get there, we’ll try something else ??

tool@ or tools@ – that may be the issue, as it’s supposed to be the latter.
