Need help removing word “FROM” and Quantity on Product category page

I need help removing two things.
1. Remove the word “FROM” before the price https://alexairbrush.net/women-t-shirts
2. Remove quantity on product category pages https://alexairbrush.net/flowers but i still want the quantity on the detail product page https://alexairbrush.net/product/blue-hearts-with-roses
