Need Help Removing Text / Resizing Header

    I am currently using Mumrik 1.0.4 by Mattias Hising, and am having trouble figuring out how to remove some text on my static homepage (cassidyhammermeister.com) On the screen shot linked, directly above the placeholder image is the text “home”. This reappears on each page as the page is titled in the navigation bar. I would like to know just how to remove this text, as I have been unable to thus far.

    Additionally, but lesser of an issue, the blue horizontal navigation bar is a little longer that I would like. I would like to know how to shorten this as well.
